To order business cards and place cards with a name, use the templates in the portal.
You can find these in the menu under Print & Stationary > Badges and business cards
Name badges
1. Select the product.
2. Click [New Document] in the left column.
3. Give the document a name and click [Save].
4. The template must be merged with an Excel file containing the names.
Click the yeloow button [Start data merge] at the top right of the print preview.
3. Select the [Upload Excel file] option.
4. Download the template for the Excel file.
Enter name, function and UU department and save the Excel file. Then, upload the file in the field.
5. Merge into a single PDF. Click [Next].
6. Generate and view the print preview. If it is correct, click [Now merge, I am waiting for it].
Your product will be added to the shopping cart.
7. Add number of sets and complete the order.
Business cards
1. Select the product and click [Edit].
2. Click [New Document] in the left column.
3. Give the document a name and click [Save].
4. Fill in all the fields on the left. The information you enter will be immediately visible in the preview on the right. Click on [Add to cart].
5. Go to the shopping cart, enter the amount of sets (100 cards per set).
6. Add remaining information, and complete the order.
