We deliver all orders within 1-2 business days as standard. Do you need an order faster, for example, the same day? This is possible under the following conditions:
- only possible for standard print products, i.e., loose-leaf/stapled and bound prints.
- if ordered before 12:00 noon
- maximum of 500 prints (= 500x single-sided or 250x double-sided)
1. Always contact the Canon Service Desk first to discuss the options. Delivery times for rush orders are always determined in mutual consultation.
2. The service desk will send you a quote by email.
3. Important: do not send your file via the portal, but via https://ft.asr.nl/ to the repro department (hub-mnl@canon.nl), together with your written approval of the quote. Your order will only be put into production after written approval.
Please note: additional costs apply to rush orders:
- Rush surcharge: 50% of the order value (with a minimum of €12.50)
- Express courier costs (based on actual costs, depending on location)
