In the Canon Webshop, you can see the status and meaning of your order under Order History:
1) Status 'Shopping Cart'
Your order has not been completed yet. Go to your shopping cart to complete the order.
2) Status 'Ordered / 'Pending'
Your order has been received and is in production.
3) Status 'Waiting for Purchase System'
The order through the purchasing system has yet to be approved.
4) Status 'Processed'
Your order is ready. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
