We keep a file for a maximum of one week. At the end of each week, all files are removed from the system. This is because, given the large number of files that come into our system, it is not possible for us to keep all files for a long time. But we also do this from a security point of view. It is therefore also not possible to re-order with a file that has already been delivered.
Files are deleted immediately after production. It is therefore not possible to place a repeat order using a file that has already been submitted.
